Requirements:

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/medical sales with a documented track record of success required

• Ability to travel to meetings/training - additional travel may be required within the assigned territory
• Aptitude for learning technical and scientific product-related information

Education Requirements:
BA/BS from an accredited school required. Focus in business or life science preferred.
Desired Experience
• 3 years successful of experience managing a team of pharmaceutical sales reps
• 3 years of successful field territory sales experience
• Account Manager experience preferred.
•2 years of hospital sales experience preferred
•DSM experience required.
• Broad knowledge of principles and methods in a recognized professional field, or working knowledge of multiple fields.
• Strong leadership, team building skills, as well as, excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and must demonstrate sound judgment and decision making ability.
Salary Range:
• Base salaries start at 95K and are based on industry and relevant therapeutic experience
• Incentive compensation program is 33K (37K specialty) at 100% target, uncapped
